Planning was very involved, 35 days after the initial brief and 300+ emails, 100+ calls, 6 client meetings, 3 complete redesigns (5 graphics design days). Then – Jackpot – 1 signed quotation! Avcom produced a design that was within budget, suitable for TV broadcast and manageable in a very busy events day.

Internally it was great to witness so much creativity, positive can do attitude, overall teamwork and sense of pride you all showed throughout the Showcase week and indeed the weeks leading up to it. Externally we really showed what we do best and even surprised some attendees on our size and creative flair. In fact the National Lottery Good Causes Awards design is a direct result of showing the Showcase LED staging / video to the client team.
