Avcom was chosen by a French Technical Director to supply a full audio visual, lighting and staging solution for his event in CityWest hotel for 450 attendees. A large 18mx4m rear projection screen, with 3 x 12k HD projectors controlled by a Folsom Encore unit provided a seamless backdrop with video and DVI stills as backgrounds, PowerPoint picture in picture windows either side of the stage and a camera relay window behind the presenters. Audio, HD Cameras, Vision Mixing, Lighting (Generic and Intelligent), Staging (including the tables and chairs) were also supplied, installed and managed by Avcom.
