MeeGo Conference in the
Aviva Stadium
Avcom was chosen to supply the audio visual solution for this event that was hoted by Intel and Nokia for 1000 developers. In the main room, Avcom
supplied a LIVE video and audio stream to the web and every breakout room had a
video and audio record saved directly as flash files so they could be uploaded
to the web each day. Avcom supplied every room with sound, visuals, staging,
lighting and technicians. As well as an extremely busy event schedule, the
logistics on the set-up and derig had to be arranged around two International
football matches, which involved months of planning and venue meetings. Our
client, an American production company, was so happy that they now wish to work with Avcom
on their future European events.
