LIVESTRONG Global Cancer Summit
More than 500 world leaders, representatives of corporations, non-governmental organizations and individual advocates convened in Dublin, to showcase the more than 300 commitments to cancer control made as part of the LIVESTRONG Global Cancer Campaign. After a lengthy tender process, Avcom was chosen to supply the technical support for the projection, cameras, video and data requirements in the main room. 12,000 lumen HD and 10,000 lumen projectors, rear projected onto our range of 16:9 widescreen projection surfaces. Backstage housed the technical crew who were responsible for the camera mix, video and data playback, and the seamless switching on three screens. Avcom were also chosen as the sole supplier for the breakout rooms, press room and various other meeting areas throughout the three day summit.
