American Chamber of Commerce Ireland celebrated its 50th anniversary
in the Convention Centre Dublin. Event Dimensions contracted Avcom to supply the
technical support and equipment. The show consisted of three rear projected
wide screens incorporated into the stage which portrayed the history of the
American Chamber. Each screen was linked using Show Manager Software and was
controlled by three Analogue Way Di-Ventix switchers andhad a mix of images – camera relay, VT playback and slides / logos,
along with a 3 screen travelling history for the opening sequence. Avcom
designed and added to the already extensive lighting system of the CCD to
create an electric atmosphere on the evening.
